How Self-Love Improves All Relationships – With Nicole Mason
Do you have a loving voice or a critical voice inside your head?
Do you support your own plans, ideas and actions or do you self-sabotage?
Is your lack of self-love harming the important relationships in your life?
Nicole Mason helps us understand how our own lack of self love is harming all our relationships. As always, she gives us lots of practical and easy ways to support and love ourselves better.
After a 25 year career in corporate law, where emotional health was a personal practice and key to her professional and personal success, Nicole B. Mason pivoted to become an emotional wellness professional. She feels it is very important not to conflate mental health with emotional health; they are related but distinct. Nicole is not a licensed therapist/mental health professional. Nicole is certified and experienced in delivering a number of modalities that medical studies have shown to improve emotional health. Accordingly, she is certified as both a yoga and qigong instructor, and as a life coach, and has helped hundreds of people improve their relationships, careers and overall individual performance and wellbeing. Nicole does this by helping people strengthen their awareness of the mind-body connection and emotional regulation skills. She is also on the Board of two wellness focused non-profits: Adopt-a-Walk, and the YBV foundation focused on emotional and mental health. Nicole is also a world traveler, workshop facilitator, speaker, author, mom and ski instructor at Northstar in Lake Tahoe California. She has published several articles on the topic of wellness and delivers talks on emotional health and overall wellness. Nicole applies her passion for wellness in all areas of her life, and loves helping people to do well by being well.
