We recently completed a six-month visioning process of spiritual community’s purpose, vision and mission based the book Good to Great by James C. Collins. As a result of this review, we affirmed that our fundamental purpose is Love and our vision is “Embracing all and serving with Love while awakening to the One”. We also identified what our community is most passionate about, what we things are best at and what provides us with the resources needed to sustain us. The graphic below represents CSL Tahoe-Truckee’s mission statement.
